Raka Constructions was established in the year 1989 by Mr Rajesh Raka, the first generation entrepreneur. Mr Rajesh Raka completed his post-graduation from PUMBA in the year 1984 with an MBA in Finance. He has more than 28 years of experience in the field of Real estate and construction. He is the promoter and founder of the Agrawal Raka Constructions (ARC) group of companies that have been operating in Pune since 2009. He has built over 900,000 square feet in Jalgaon and Bhusawal under the brand name Raka constructions. Under the leadership of Mr Rajesh Raka, the ARC group of companies have constructed over 10,00,000 square feet in Pune, including the ongoing projects. Some of its townships include ARC Gaurav (Pisoli), ARC Pukharaj (Keshav Nagar Mundhwa), Belle Vue (Bavdhan), and Onella (Handewadi Road, Hadapsar). ARC group has also constructed its project in the heart of Pune, Aapte Road (ARC Maestro).

Mr Rahul Raka (Chartered Accountant; MSC Finance and Management, University of Exeter, England) has also entered the Real estate industry and will be looking towards the finance and management activities of Raka Group of companies in Pune under his father’s guidance. Mr Rajesh Raka has always maintained high standards in quality construction.
